Does SCB (Siam Commercial Bank) accept US citizens abroad?

COMMUNITY DATAPOINT, NOT OFFICIAL POLICY. In a May 2025 thread started by an American on a Non-O visa, members say they bank with SCB without problems, and one says a Non-O visa plus a Thai driving licence was enough, with no residence certificate. We found no official SCB statement on US persons.
